Description

   Use the decc$set_reentrancy function to change the type of
   reentrancy exhibited by reentrant routines.

   decc$set_reentrancy must be called exclusively at the non-AST
   level.

   In an application using DECthreads, DECthreads automatically sets
   the reentrancy to multithread.
