PARAMETERS
  DLDBHandle (input)
          The handle pair that identifies the add-in data storage
          library module and the open data store whose name should
          be retrieved.

  DbName (output)
          Returns a zero terminated string which contains a data store
          name.  The memory is allocated by the service provider and
          must be deallocated by the application.

DESCRIPTION
  This function retrieves the data source name corresponding to an
  opened data store handle.

RETURN VALUE
  A CSSM_RETURN value indicating success or specifying a particular
  error condition. The value CSSM_OK indicates success. All other
  values represent an error condition.
