BaseAuthorizations

  (input)
          A pointer to a CSSM_TUPLEGROUP containing at least one ACL
          certificate, specifying the authorization granted to certain
          root keys, named entities or combinations thereof. A NULL group
          of BaseAuthorizations always results in a NULL
          AuthorizationResult.
