NAMESHORTENED

Message        The external identifier or module name "<name>"
               exceeds 31 characters.  The name has been shortened
               to "<shortened spelling>".

Description    A compilation that used the /NAMES=SHORTENED
               qualifier or #pragma names shortened directive has
               encountered a name that needs to be shortened.  The
               external name will be different than the internal
               name.  Also, because the external name exceeds the
               length specified by standard C as the minimum
               external length an implementation must support, this
               program does not strictly conform to standard C and
               might not be accepted by other C compilers.
