names failed; OpenVMS status: <reason>.
Description A compilation that used the /NAMES=SHORTENED
qualifier could not open the repository used to store
the shortened names. This could be because an
invalid name was specified in the /REPOSITORY
qualifier. The message will give additional
information about the failure.
User Action Correct whatever caused the failure.
