   LOCAL=(characteristic,...)

   Specifies the characteristics of the local (proxy) account to be
   used when selecting event records. The following characteristic
   is supported:

   USERNAME=username      Specifies the name of the local account.
                          You can represent all or part of the name
                          with a wildcard.
