You can use the following DCL SUBMIT command qualifiers with
   the SUBMIT command:

   /AFTER               /CHARACTERISTICS          /CPUTIME

   /[NO]HOLD            /[NO]LOG_FILE             /NAME

   /[NO]NOTIFY          /[NO]PRINTER              /PRIORITY

   /QUEUE               /USER                     /WSDEFAULT

   /WSEXTENT            /WSQUOTA
