  Controls whether floating-point operations on float variables are
  performed in single or double precision.

  The default is /PRECISION=DOUBLE for /STANDARD=VAXC and
  /STANDARD=COMMON modes.

  The default is /PRECISION=SINGLE for /STANDARD=ANSI89 and
  /STANDARD=RELAXED modes.
