Reads a single wide character from the standard input (stdin).

1  –  Description

    The getwchar function is identical to fgetwc(stdin).

2  –  Return Values

    x                  The next character from stdin, converted to
                       wint_t.
    WEOF               Indicates the end-of-file or an error. If an
                       error occurs, the function sets errno. For a
                       list of the values set by this function, see
                       fgetwc.
