Syntax:  NEW TOKEN token_name token_type defined_language

  Creates an token for use with the specified language.

  When you enter the EXPAND command while the cursor is positioned
  immediately after the token name or an abbreviation of the token
  name, LSE replaces the token name with the body of the token.

  If you do not specify a language name, LSE uses the currently defined
  language.  These language and token names become the defaults for
  subsequent SET TOKEN comands.
