Created with a text editor, the collection prologue
  file contains the commands that enable you to control
  the environment in which the tests are run.

  The collection prologue file is associated with a
  collection; it is executed whenever the collection
  is executed, after the global variables and
  DTM$COLLECTION_NAME are defined, but before any tests
  are executed.
