The INTEGER64 predefined type is equivalent to the following:

  Syntax:

     INTEGER64=[QUAD]-9223372036854775808..9223372036854775807;
                            { 16#8000000000000000..16#7FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF }

  The INTEGER64 predefined type is not available  on  OpenVMS  VAX
  systems.
