The WORD attribute specifies the amount of storage in  words  to
  be received by the object.

  Syntax:

     WORD [[( n )]]

  The optional constant 'n' indicates the number of  word  storage
  units.   It  must denote a positive integer.  If you omit n, the
  default value is 1.
