/EXTRA=header_line

    Additional header lines can be specified with the /EXTRA
    qualifier. Specify the entire text of the header line; e.g.,
    /EXTRA="X-Sign: Aquarius". Multiple header lines should be
    specified using the format /EXTRA=(hdr1,hdr2,...).
