group-name

    Name of the group to add, delete, list, or modify. Wild cards can
    be used in conjunction with the /LIST qualifier.

 subgroup-name[,...]

    A comma separated list group names to associated with the group
    being added or modified. The listed groups will become subgroups
    of the group being added or modified.
