/PRIORITY=priority

    This qualifier may be used to specify the contents of the
    Priority: header line. If this qualifier is not specified, then
    no Priority: header line will be generated.

    The /PRIORITY qualifier has no effect on interactive PMDF MAIL
    sessions.
