/NOMACHINE_CODE

  Produces a machine code section within the listing file.  If you
  do not specify /LIST on the same command line, this qualifier is
  ignored.  No machine code is generated if errors are detected in
  the source program or module.

  By default, MACHINE_CODE is disabled.
