Syntax: NEW PLACEHOLDER placeholder_name placeholder_type
defined_language
Creates a placeholder for use with the specified language.
This command creates and establishes the characteristics of a
placeholder for use with a particular language. LSE prompts you to
specify a placeholder name and placeholder type. If you do not
specify a language name, LSE uses the currently defined language.
