Shows error counts for the selected clearinghouse, including
  the following:

  Times Root Not Reachable
  Indicates how many times the    Root Lost  event was generated.

  Skulk Failures

  Indicates how many times a skulk of a directory, initi-
  ated from the selected clearinghouse, failed to complete
  (usually because one of the replicas in the replica set was
  unreachable).
