               To set access control on a clearinghouse:

                 1 Double-click on the clearinghouse you want to set access
                   control on, and display the associated detail window.

                 2 AccessoControlcSetsEditoroshowingdaccessucontroldinformatione
                   for that entry.

                 3 Click on the Locked button, which changes to Editable, indi-
                   cating that changes to the rights and flags can be made.

                 4 Set the rights. To see a summary of access rights for clear-
                   inghouses and a description of the operations they enable a
                   principal to perform, double-click on the hotspot.

                 6 Click on the Editable button. The button reverts to Locked,
