HPBINARYCHECKER for HP OpenVMS

     We are pleased to provide you the HP Binary checker.
     HP Binary Checker can be used to validate any binary
     file signed by HP Code Signing Service.

     For usage please see "$HELP HPBINARYCHECKER".

     The HP Binary checker is provided on OpenVMS V8.4.
     VMSINSTAL and PCSI will use the interfaces provided by
     HP Binary Checker to validate the kits.

     Summary of changes:
     V1.0       First version.
     V1.1       Changes made to the text of some error messages.
     V1.2	Support for HPE I64VMS SSL1. Inconsequential 
		multiple error messages removed
