If your enterprise uses WASD for commercial purposes, software support is now
available. In addition to regular maintenance updates and new versions,
Commercial Support provides priority technical support for resolving problems
quickly.

| Service | |
Service will be delivered by email to up to two (2)
named users per organization on all supported
versions of WASD. Every endeavour will be made to respond to email
enquiries promptly, with guaranteed response within seven (7) days of receipt
of the enquiry. All commercially reasonable efforts will be made to
promptly resolve issues related to WASD.

US$1250.00, non-refundable. (That's less than $25.00 per week!)

| Restrictions | |
Commercial Support provides priority technical support for resolving problems
quickly. This service is limited to end-users of WASD, and is
non-transferable. Consultants, technical support agents, software
developers, or other parties using WASD on behalf of multiple clients or users
should contact Mark G. Daniel for a quote on a custom service agreement.
Mark G. Daniel reserves the right to limit or terminate service at any time.

| Limit of Liability | |
Mark G. Daniel's liability under this service agreement is limited to the
amounts paid by customer for the support services. In no event shall Mark
G. Daniel have any liability for additional costs arising in any way out of
this service.
