The CGI.PM Perl module has been deprecated and removed from the Perl 5.22 distribution.
It has been extracted from the Perl 5.18 distrubution and included here for convenience.
WASD example Perl scripts that use the CGI module have been modified to explicitly include this directory in the include path.
