PCAA> MOVE/LEFT

      The MOVE command moves the current scrolling display to the
      left by one column.

  PCAA> MOVE/UP:3/RIGHT:5 NEW_OUT

      The MOVE command moves display NEW_OUT up by three lines and to
      the right by five columns.
