Delete the cluster common startup script?

    The component being configured has a system specific startup script
    that overrides the cluster's default startup script.  Answering YES
    to this question will delete the cluster common startup script.  This
    should not be done unless all members of the cluster have also
    created system specific startup scripts for this component.
