Syntax:  UNRESERVE element_name element_id remark

  Cancels a previous reservation of an element.

  Cancels a previous reservation for an element, the element_id, and
  deletes the buffer containing the element.  When options or settings
  are needed beyond those provided, use "cli <command>".
