Syntax:  SET TOKEN INHERIT placeholder_name defined_token
              defined_language

  Specifies the name of a defined placeholder that expands in place of
  the token.

  When you expand an alias-type token, the body of the specified
  placeholder is substituted for the token name.  Since tokens of this
  type inherit all their attributes from the specified defined
  placeholder, no other attributes may be set for them.  This command
  is valid only for alias-type tokens.
