Syntax:  SELECT ALL

  Selects the entire contents of the current buffer.

  This command places the entire contents of the current buffer in the
  selected range.  Any operations that LSE performs on a selected range
  then apply to all the contents of the buffer.  The SELECT ALL command
  automatically disables pending delete.
