Syntax:  PREVIOUS ERROR

  Selects the previous diagnostic in the current set of diagnostics.

  This command positions the cursor at the previous diagnostic in the
  review buffer, which contains the current set of diagnostics.  If
  necessary, LSE remaps the review buffer.
