Syntax:  DISABLE VMS INTEGRATION COMMANDS

  Disables Source Code Analyzer for OpenVMS (SCA) and Code Management
  System for OpenVMS (CMS) integration on OpenVMS.

  Disables the VMSSCA_ and VMSCMS_ grammar prefixes, and SCA and CMS
  key bindings.
