The menu bar at the top of the LSE application window contains pull-down
  menus.  You use pull-down menus to select items (issue commands).  To display
  a pull-down menu, position the pointer on a menu name in the menu bar and
  press MB1.  To choose an item from the menu, still pressing MB1, pull the
  mouse down to the desired item, and then release MB1.
