Syntax:  SET SEARCH DIACRITICAL boolean

  Specifies whether or not LSE exactly matches characters with
  diacritical markings when performing a search.

  The diacritical marks include the acute accent, grave accent,
  circumflex, tilde, macron, breve, hacek, umlaut, and cedilla.
