  qualifier.   For  example,  /NOWARNINGS  is correct but /NOWARNINGS=
  NOINFORMATIONALS is not allowed.

  USER ACTION:  Use the positive form of the qualifier.  For  example,
  /WARNINGS=NOINFORMATIONALS.
