Library /sys$common/syshlp/helplib.hlb  —  CRTL  Feature Logical Names, DECC$V62_RECORD_GENERATION
    OpenVMS Versions 6.2 and higher can output record files using
    different rules.

    With DECC$V62_RECORD_GENERATION enabled, the output mechanism
    follows the rules used for OpenVMS Version 6.2.
