A view is a window that displays CMS library objects and
  information about those objects.  You can choose the
  following types of views from the View menu:

  o  Element
  o  Group
  o  Class
  o  Reservation
  o  History
  o  Review
  o  Command

  You can also use the View menu to do the following:

  o  Update views
  o  Expand and collapse objects
  o  Display multiple views (new view)
  o  Restrict and unrestrict the contents of views
  o  Close views
