ERROR - An OPEN statement specifies invalid attributes  for  the  file
  (for  example,  CLUSTERSIZE)  or  uses  the  keyword  COMMON in an I/O
  clause.  Substitute valid attributes for the file or remove the COMMON
  keyword.
