/ADD_IDENTIFIER (default)
       /NOADD_IDENTIFIER

     Creates an entry (user name and account name) in the rights
     database file, rightslist.dat. Also (because this is part of an
     ADD command), adds a record to the authorization file, SYSUAF.

     The /NOADD_IDENTIFIER does not create an entry in the
     rightslist.dat database; however, because this is an ADD command,
     a user record is added to the authorization file, SYSUAF.

     The AUTHORIZE command ADD/IDENTIFIER is quite different: it only
     adds a record to the AUTHORIZE database UAF file.
