DEC SCA has standard button definitions to control the settings for
  windows and dialog boxes.

  To obtain the following results, click on:

      o  The Apply button to accept the current settings and
         perform the operation. This action does not close
         the window or dialog box.

      o  The Close button to nullify any changes made within
         the window or dialog box and to close the window or
         dialog box.

      o  The OK button to accept the current settings and
         perform the operation. This action closes the
         window or dialog box.

      o  The Reset button to clear the current settings from
         the window or dialog box, allowing you to start
         over.
