Syntax:  LOAD [-DELETE] file_spec_list

  Loads one or more files of compiler-generated source analysis data
  into an SCA library.

  SCA updates the primary library and replaces existing modules of the
  same name with new information.  The primary library is the first
  library in the list of current SCA libraries.  If you specify the
  optional parameter -delete, SCA deletes analysis data files after
  they have been successfully loaded into an SCA library.
