How do I get the time spent in a specific RTL to be charged to
    the parts of my program that used it?

    Gather STACK_PCs in the Collector, then use the /MAIN_
    IMAGE=SHARE$mumbleRTL and /STACK=n qualifiers on the PLOT or
    TABULATE commands in the Analyzer.
