The change dtss command modifies the epoch number and time on the
    local node.

    change [node node-id] dtss epoch integer [,time absolute-time]

    Epoch is a required argument that specifies the server's epoch
    number.  The default is 0.  The integer must be in the range of
    0-255.

    Time specifies a new clock setting for the new epoch.  If this
    argument is not supplied, the current clock time is used.

    Examples:

    change dtss epoch 1

    change dtss epoch 1, time 1996-11-30-10:58:00.000-05:00I02.000
