add sna lu services lu

   The add sna lu services lu command adds a set of additional
   Authorization entities to the authorization list characteristic of an
   existing LU.  The names of the Authorization entities may be complete
   names or contain wildcards (? or *).

   Ex,  ncl> add sna lu services lu l1905 -
        _ncl> authorization list = {programmers, managers}
