This counter displays the number of Bind requests from other DSAs
 that have been rejected by the DSA. A chained bind enables
 communication between two DSAs. A DSA can reject a chained bind
 if it is not ready for communication.

 Syntax:
 	SHOW DSA CHAINED BINDS REJECTED
