  End of Line

  Moves the cursor to the nearest end of a line, depending on the
  current direction of the buffer, as shown in the status line.

  Steps:

     1.  If necessary, set the direction you want the cursor to move.
         (Press KP4 for forward or KP5 for reverse; or click MB1
         on Forward or Reverse in the status line.)

     2.  Press the End of Line key (KP2).

  In forward direction, the cursor moves to the end of the current line.
  If the cursor is already at the end of a line, it moves to the end of the
  next line, if there is one.

  In reverse direction, the cursor moves to the end of the previous line,
  if there is one.

  Command Equivalent:

          GOTO LINE/END
