Syntax:  SET LANGUAGE LINE COMMENTS text_string add_remove
              defined_language

  Specifies the character sequences of the line comment delimiter in
  the language.

  Line comments require that the comment delimiter be the first
  character that is not blank on the line.  Trailing and line comments
  are recognized by the formatting commands and placeholder operations
  just as bracketed comments are.
