  Syntax:  LINE number procedure_name

  Moves the cursor to the specified line number.  .

  When you specify a line number, LSE moves the cursor to that line in
  the current buffer.  If you specify the name of a TPU procedure
  defined in the current buffer as well, LSE moves to the specfied line
  number in that procedure.

  If the specified line is hidden, then overview records are expanded
  to the source level and the cursor is placed on the requested line.
