Syntax:  ENTER SPECIAL ascii_code

  Causes LSE to enter the character specified by the ASCII code into
  the current buffer.

  The following example causes LSE to insert a form-feed character
  (Ctrl/L):

                LSE> ENTER SPECIAL 12
