Copies the contents of the specified buffer into the current
    buffer at the current cursor position.

1.1    /BUFFER

       /BUFFER=buffer-name
       /BUFFER=$CLIPBOARD
       /BUFFER=$PASTE (D)

    Specifies the buffer to be copied into the current buffer.

1.2    /CLIPBOARD

    Instructs LSE to use the DECwindows clipboard, instead of a
    buffer, to supply the text being inserted. The /CLIPBOARD and
    /BUFFER qualifiers are mutually exclusive.
