  each File End Sheet menu item:

  Setting     Description

  Default     Prints according to what is defined in the
              print queue.
  None        Prints no file end sheet.
  One         Prints a file end sheet after the last file
              in the job.
  All         Prints a file end sheet after each file in
              the job.
