No current record (ERR=131)

  The program attempts a DELETE or UPDATE when the previous GET or  FIND
  failed,  or  no  previous  GET or FIND was done.  Correct the cause of
  failure for the previous GET or FIND, or make sure a GET or  FIND  was
  done, then retry the operation.
